Well, I've downloaded the software from the My Products page: the driver, the VIP software, and the update to the VIP software. But unfortunately, part one of the install never completes, it's says Install Failure about halfway through and prints out a log in.txt format. Note that in My Products, the download begins with version 2.0 of the software plus an update to version 2. Should I install version 1.1 first, though, 1.1 is not in the download list of options?
